Hi, I’m Linh! My signature drink is the Milky Way Manhattan—a decadent mix of whiskey, sweet vermouth, cocoa bitters, cream, caramel, and chocolate. Imagine a Milky Way chocolate bar in a glass, but made just for adults. While I love making all kinds of cocktails, mojitos hold a special place in my heart as my favorite to craft.
I consider myself a jack of all trades, with plenty of hobbies and interests to keep me busy. One of my most memorable moments as a bartender happened when a guest asked for “more pop” on top of their Long Island. At first, I didn’t realize they were referring to soda—because, as a Californian, I’ve always called it “soda,” not “pop”! It was a funny little cultural moment, and we both had a good laugh about it.

Hi, I’m Maria! My favorite drink to serve is the Watermelon Paloma because it brings back memories of the sweet and tangy taste of Mexican watermelon paleta candy. It’s always a crowd-pleaser, and I love seeing people enjoy it.
If I were to invent a cocktail inspired by myself, it would be a mix of sweet and spicy. I’m all about bringing happiness and good times to those around me, but I also know how to get down to business and show my feisty side when needed.
One of my unique skills is being super social and extroverted—I’m always open to creating new friendships and connecting with others. Being a part of Bliss & Sips has been an incredible journey. It’s given us the chance to do something creative and new, while building something meaningful for ourselves and our community. I love making drinks that help people have a great time, all while fostering a fun and welcoming environment.

Tequila is the one ingredient I believe every cocktail needs—it brings such versatility and character to drinks.
If I could serve a drink to anyone, it would be my two absolute favorite women artists, Selena Quintanilla and Rihanna. These two incredible women have redefined their industries as entrepreneurial artists. Selena broke barriers for Latinas in TexMex and English music, all while staying true to her family values. Rihanna, with her top-charting hits, has expanded into the beauty world, focusing on a diverse and underserved audience. It would be an honor to serve them their favorite cocktails and learn from their journeys and strategies.
When I’m not behind the bar, my go-to drink order is a classic margarita with a salted rim—you simply can’t go wrong with it.
